- Introduction to Excel
This course provides delegates with an introduction to the Excel software. It assumes no prior knowledge, and does not require any mathematics qualifications to attend
- Introduction to PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
This course is aimed at installation engineers, service engineers who wish to increase knowledge or multiskilling. This course runs over three days: Maximum number of delegates is 4- please book early to avoid disappointment.
- Introduction/Intermediate to Word
This online course is designed to increase knowledge of MS Word to create a range of versatile, sophisticated business documents while ensuring document security and protection are applied as needed. It will familiarise delegates with use of Word 2013 and 2016 enabling them to work with confidence between different versions of the software
- IOSH Managing Safely®
A three-day course aimed at managers and supervisors who have responsibility for Health and Safety at Work. Designed to get managers up to speed on the practical actions needed to handle health and safety.
- IOSH Working Safely
Aimed at people at any level who need a grounding in the essentials of safety and health. It gives everyone at work an understanding of why they must 'work safely'
- Leading remotely in a virtual world (5 sessions of on-line training)
Facilitated 2-hour conversations to help with reflective practice through COVID-19 and its impacts. Sessions in groups of up to 10.
Sessions will be very adaptive, keeping to a broad structure but allowing for topics to be discussed in more detail if the group wishes. All learning from each session will be collated and sent to HR team and others as needed.

This one-day course provides an introduction to conflict resolution and teaches specific approaches in dealing with a variety of difficult personality types.
