How much does an Apprenticeship cost?

What will my child earn?
Apprentices are employed by their company and so will be entitled to holidays and earn at least the minimum wage in line with the current National Minimum Wage scale. Some Employers choose to pay above minimum wage however this is completely at their discretion.
How do you match Apprentices’ with Employers?
All prospective Apprentices will attend an Initial Assessment with us to determine their level of prior knowledge and to get a feel for how they may fit in a workplace. Employers are sent details of candidates and will interview those of interest. Don’t worry, we can support with interview techniques for those new or returning to the world of work.
What about College and University?
Apprenticeships give learners the opportunity to complete nationally recognised qualifications whilst employed and developing their skills in the workplace. Whilst a purely academic route suits many individuals and areas of study, Apprentices can start their career with hands-on experience in a structured learning environment, whilst avoiding student debt. Opportunities are available to achieve further qualifications up to Level 7 (Equivalent to Masters Degree) through the Apprenticeship programme. Many successful business leaders began their careers as Apprentices!
