In this role, you will be working with a team on busy trade counters serving customers and assisting with their needs. This role includes dispatching website sales, ordering products for customers, and storing products in the warehouse.
What you’ll do at work
- Goods inwards booking in products for stock and customers
- Storing products away in the warehouse correctly located
- Transfer of stock to other depots in the group as requested
- Picking / packing

You will provide an efficient, effective all round administrative support to the Human Resources function. As this is an apprenticeship role, no experience is required! However, our ideal Human Resources Business Administration Apprentice will require great communication skills, resilience and a keen eye for detail.
What you’ll do at work
- Support the Human Resources Team with administration including projects/tasks
- Administer and maintain the electronic time and attendance system
- Assist with the company recruitment and induction and onboarding process
- Play a key role in the maintenance of the company’s Human Resources systems. Updating Human Resources systems in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
- Support the Human Resources team in implementing and developing improvements and initiatives
- Contribute to Human Resources metrics and produce reports
- Research and arrange training and development courses.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training, e-learning and update our online leaning Academy.
- Ensure that all Human Resources documentation is correctly filed electronically and in hard copy
- General office administration duties
