At HWGTA, the apprenticeship programme individual curriculums, are carefully designed, to not only develop vocational competencies, but also develop wider skills, such as understanding of employment rights and responsibilities, relevant legalisation and English and maths.   Alongside this, our aim is to develop confidence, professionalism, an understanding of citizenship and how to contribute to your community.

This holistic development, then subsequently allows for career development for our learners beyond their apprenticeships.  Many of our apprentices move on into leadership roles (examples below) and this wider education allows them to be ready for this next step.
