Engineering Instructor

Ready to Share Your Knowledge and Shape the Future of Engineering?

If you've built a career in engineering, manufacturing, machining, welding, or mechatronics and are now looking for a new and rewarding challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a CAD (Computer Aided Design) Instructor with experience in either machining, welding & fabrication or mechatronics, to share their real-world expertise with the next generation of engineers and technicians. Whether you’ve previously worked in training, or this would be your first step into education, we’ll provide the support you need to succeed.

Why Become a Trainer with Us?

Make a Difference: Help shape the future of the engineering industry by teaching essential skills and knowledge to eager apprentices.

Share Your Expertise: Your hands-on experience will give learners valuable insights into what it’s really like working in the industry.

Career Growth: As a training provider committed to professional development, we offer continuous CPD opportunities to help you grow and succeed as an instructor.

Supportive Transition: If you’re new to training, don’t worry! We provide full support, guidance, and training to help you feel confident in your new role.

Work-Life Balance: Benefit from structured hours and a rewarding career where you can still be hands-on, but in a more flexible and balanced environment.

The Role:

Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in CAD techniques. Inspire and guide learners through practical skills development and theoretical knowledge.

Assess learners' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.

Work with the team to continually improve and innovate our apprenticeship programmes.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in a hands-on engineering or manufacturing role, with expertise in CAD design and/or machining, welding, fabrication, or mechatronics.

A passion for your craft and a desire to pass on your knowledge to others.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with learners of all abilities.

While previous teaching or training experience is beneficial, it’s not essential—we’re looking for enthusiasm, patience, and the ability to inspire.

What We Offer:

A chance to make a real impact by helping apprentices launch their careers in the engineering industry.

If you’re ready for a new and exciting challenge, where your industry experience can make a difference, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today to join a community of professionals dedicated to training the next generation of skilled engineers.
