Engineering Instructor

The role will be based at our training centre in Worcester, based within our Engineering department.
The purpose of an Engineering Instructor:
- Contribute to well sequenced curriculum planning for the specified apprenticeship programme.
- Update training delivery skills, through an ongoing CPD programme.
- Ensure delivery is appropriate to the learning group and relevant to the qualification.
- Motivate and support learners to optimise their potential.
- Give timely and constructive feedback to learners, both in delivery sessions and through written or verbal means, when work is submitted for tutor review/assessment.
The successful applicant will ideally:
- Experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering workplace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence when working with people of all ages and abilities.

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator at our Worcester office.
The purpose of a Receptionist / Administrator:
- To provide an effective, friendly, efficient and professional welcome to customers and guests of HWGTA, both face to face and over the telephone.
- To professionally prepare training and meeting facilities.
- Deal effectively and professionally with incoming calls to the organisation.
- Deal effectively and professionally with incoming deliveries to the organisation, including distribution of the post.
- Provide administrative support to the apprenticeship operations, including support for apprentice records, initial assessments, contacting employers, coordinating and administering relevant processes.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Administration qualification level 2 or relevant equivalent experience.
- Administration / Customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in working with people of all ages.
