HWGTA are seeking an engineer/tutor to deliver effective, dynamic and high-quality training to apprentice and external learners. Experience preferred but consideration would be given to qualified Engineers looking to move into a tutoring role. The ideal candidate will specialise in and be able to teach one or more of the follow pathways: Technician, Mechatronics, CNC Machining or Welding and Fabrication. The ability to teach one or more core units such as Engineering Maths, Communications, Materials and H&S is desirable.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills, at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing/engineering workplace and a Level 3 or above in relevant engineering discipline.
Desirable qualities include Level 4+ in teaching/education, assessor/verifier qualifications, HNC in Engineering, knowledge of EAL AME qualifications, apprenticeship standards and frameworks.

Engineering Apprenticeship Coordinator (Hereford Based)
Due to retirement, HWGTA are seeking an efficient and experienced individual to join the Engineering team as an Apprenticeship Coordinator, based from our Hereford site. This is a vital role for HWGTA, coordinating all aspects of funding and service delivery administration, recruitment and employer engagement for the delivery of "Outstanding" Engineering Apprenticeships.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with administrative systems and providing excellent customer service. Experience of working with apprenticeship funding via ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency) would be advantageous, but is not essential. Candidates will ideally have experience working with Apprenticeship/Work based training administrative processes and systems (such as Pellcomp PICS), recruitment coordination experience and good knowledge of local businesses.

HWGTA are seeking an organised, efficient and professional individual to join our team, as a Corporate Administrator.This role centres around providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service, to both the Corporate and Management team, including digital marketing and creating content for the Association’s online platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, very good IT skills and a proven track record in delivering effective administrative systems & customer service.
Candidates will have a Level 3 in Business Administration (or comparable) or be able to demonstrate equivalent work experience. Desirable qualities include marketing experience and further administration related qualifications.
