  • Coaching and supporting your mentee: Explore tools and strategies to guide and support your mentee's development.
  • Ethical considerations in mentoring: Understand and navigate ethical boundaries, safeguarding and wellbeing responsibilities within the mentoring relationship.
  • Identify additional considerations for mentoring apprentices, young people and those with additional challenges including culture and neurodiversity
