Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) On-Line Taster Session

Course Aim: This 3 hour course will provide a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, its applications, and potential impact, enabling delegates to recognise AI opportunities and challenges. The course will introduce you to the basics of using AI to save time and work more effectively and efficiently in the home or in business.

• Describe the purpose of a some genAI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Google Gemini
• Use basic techniques to create a range of documents and communications relevant for own purposes
• Evaluate the potential impact of AI on individuals and society.
• Formulate an action plan for own genAI use and development.
