Our outstanding first-time pass rate consistently surpassed AAT’s global average. We provide exceptional support, collaborating with employers to upskill existing staff and those looking to hire through the apprenticeship route.
This recognition underscores the exceptional dedication and success of our tutors, who have made a significant positive impact on our apprentices.
HWGTA offers comprehensive training across all three levels of accountancy apprenticeships:
- Accounts/Finance Assistant Level 2
- Assistant Accountant Level 3
- Professional Accountancy Level 4
Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our impressive pass rates, with 85% of our accounting apprentices successfully completing their qualifications. This achievement highlights our dedication to providing high-quality training and support to our apprentices, and our commitment to supporting the next generation of accountants to gain solid foundations for their career ahead. Our graduating apprentices go on to secure fulltime employment, with many being sponsored to gain higher level qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA. One such example is Sophie Smith, a current member of the HWGTA Board, who started on the level 2 accounts assistant apprenticeship after completing sixth form. After progressing through the apprenticeship levels, she is now the Executive Finance Director, Global Clinical Ops for PCI Pharma Services.
