Our apprenticeship programmes
With achievement rates 20% above the national average and strong relationships with leading local employers, we’re committed to helping your child succeed. We offer high-quality apprenticeships across five key areas, each designed to create genuine career opportunities:
Accountancy
Professional qualifications from Level 2 to Level 4, leading to careers in finance and accounting. Combines AAT certification with practical experience over 12-20 months.
Business Administration
Level 3 qualification developing essential business skills over 15-18 months. Build expertise in project management, team coordination and operations.
Customer Service
Level 2 programme building valuable business skills over 12-15 months. Learn to deliver exceptional service and develop capabilities valued by employers in every sector.
Engineering
Comprehensive four-year programmes from Level 2 to Level 3, with the first year in our specialist training centres. Multiple career pathways include fabrication, machining and maintenance.
Leadership & Management
Advanced programmes at Level 3 and Level 5 for career progression, typically undertaken while employed. Develop the skills to lead teams effectively and drive business success.

Safety comes first. All our employers undergo thorough checks, and we provide comprehensive health and safety training. Our safeguarding team is always available, while regular workplace visits ensure appropriate support.
Apprenticeships offer a debt-free route to professional qualifications, often to the same level as university degrees. Many apprentices progress faster in their careers, benefiting from practical experience alongside their studies.
Apprentices receive at least the National Minimum Wage for apprentices, which increases after the first year. Many employers offer higher rates. They’ll also receive holiday pay and company benefits.
Excellent. Our apprentices go on to build successful careers, often progressing to senior roles. The combination of qualifications and experience makes them highly valued by employers.
We understand choosing a career direction is a big step. Our experienced team will take time to understand your child’s interests, strengths and ambitions. We hold open events where you can talk with employers, apprentices, tutors and Learning Development Specialists. This support helps ensure our learners choose a programme that excites them.
We welcome you to stay involved and support them on their journey. Remember, apprenticeships are paid positions, so their employers will treat them like any other employee. If we have and concerns and your child is 18 or under we will discuss them with you.
