The programme is open to both self-funded individuals and those with employer sponsorship.

This qualification is typically work-based and reflective. While learners should ideally use their workplace as the basis for their assignments, those who are not currently employed can complete their assignments using their experience from a voluntary organisation or an organisation they are familiar with.
