Appraisals, Appreciation and Feedback

The process of giving feedback both ad hoc and scheduled can be a difficult process for many. This course will provide you with a greater awareness of the impact of feedback and provide you with tips and tools that allow you to give feedback in a confident, caring and constructive way. Genuinely skilful feedback does not avoid difficult issues but rather tackles the issues honestly whilst providing a supportive framework.
