Apprentice Account Handler - Clarke Jeffreys Insurance Brokers Ltd, Hereford
An exciting opportunity to work for an established and independent insurance business based in Hereford. You will learn the different aspects of the business including commercial insurance with the potential of spending time in our close protection and security department. You will study Business Administrator Level 3 Standard.
What you’ll do at work
- Working with Account Executives to service their clients including Renewals,
- New Business and Mid Term Adjustments.
- Email and Letter writing.
- System administration.
- Face to Face and Telephone work.
- General Office Administration.
- Office support tasks including post etc.

Customer Service Apprentice - P H N Enterprises Ltd, Ross-on-Wye
We are looking for someone to join our team to help our customer service dept. Customer service is an essential part of our business and the role is varied, giving opportunity to learn a wide skillset.
What you’ll do at work
- Answer calls and phone customers with updates
- Set up new jobs onto the system
- Record information from customers and engineers
- Add documents to our system
- Record damage of incoming vehicles
- Show customers around replacement vehicles
