Welcome to Herefordshire & Worcestershire Group Training Association

Who are we?

We are foremost in providing training for workplace qualifications across Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We have a positive and dynamic approach to working with companies from the manufacturing, processing, finance, legal and service sectors, together with utilities and local authorities, who range from small family businesses to major employers who are part of international groups. We believe in offering help and advice in a positive way, and are enthusiastic and work hard to develop ongoing relationships with our members and customers. Read more »

What do we do?

We work with individuals to gain new skills and achieve qualifications. We work in partnership with organisations to identify and provide their training requirements both to develop existing employees and to recruit and train new personnel.

What makes us special?

We are a non for profit charity, established in 1966 by a group of local companies looking for specific training in the local area. We are run by a board of executives made up of company directors from local companies. This helps keep us focused on what our companies need and want.
