Management Trainer

Hereford or Worcester based but occasional national travel.

c£28k plus benefits

We are looking for someone who is independent, resilient with strong ‘people’ skills and real passion for leadership and management. In order to ensure credibility with learners, the ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the principles of leadership and management, as well as being someone who can demonstrate excellent performance within a management work role.

Ideally with training and assessment experience, the successful candidate would be delivering to a variety of delegates, from a huge cross section of employers, across both counties.  Some of this training will be delivered at our training centres in the two counties and some in company. There is the possibility of national travel once a month maximum.

Management Assessor/Trainer

Hereford or Worcester based with some national travel.

 c£28k plus car and benefits

The Association’s Management Apprenticeship programme is growing fast. We are supporting learners at both Levels 3 and 5 through the Institute of Leadership and Management Diploma programme. HWGTA have recently secured a national contract with a well-known organisation to deliver Management Apprenticeships nationally at 3 sites and this role will be our primary contact for this piece of work. The main focus of this role is to assess apprentices in the workplace but potentially deliver some of the training needed too.  The ideal candidate will be confident and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. With strong levels of knowledge and experience of leadership and management, the successful candidate will ideally also have experience in training and assessment, although this is not essential as training can be given. Travel to national sites will be an essential part of the role but we do not envisage this being more than 3 times per month.
