Who is this course aimed at?
Time management dictates how others see us. This course is for anyone who would like to manage their time more effectively and those who would like to take more control over their time.
Do you need previous experience or qualifications to attend this course?
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by how much you had to do, or felt you were allocating too much time to tasks that are nowhere near the top of your list? Do you ever procrastinate, often run late, over-schedule yourself, feel that you are forced to rush jobs and lack real control of your workload? This course lets you regain control of your workload by managing yourself and others more effectively. You will learn how and when to say no, how to prioritise effectively and most importantly, how to sustain these improvements over time.
By the end of the session delegates will be able to:- • Identify and control time wasting activities • Organise yourself and prioritise urgent and important tasks • Tackle paperwork and emails efficiently • Refine and streamline meetings • Implement useful planning tools
