This course has been designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders and administrators who have responsibility for decision-making, implementation and maintenance of the organizations Food safety Management System.

Objectives

This course will enable delegates to understand what it means to implement and commit to a Food safety Management System and the benefits of ISO 22000 to the business.  This course also looks at how ISO 22000 provides confidence in the organizations products and how this can be commercially attractive.

Assessment

Delegates attending this course may benefit from the ISO 22000:2005 – Internal Auditor Course, following on from this introduction.
