Who is this course aimed at?
This one day course is designed for all those who are involved in sales or negotiating. The course has a fun, interactive flavour with delegates being challenged to demonstrate and improve their selling techniques and their negotiating prowess. This is a fast-moving and challenging day where candidates will reflect on how they will increase their sales and negotiating skills using the practices and theories from the day.
Do you need previous experience or qualifications to attend this course?
The skills can be applied to most business sectors where there is a requirement to get products and services to market, secure in-coming enquiries and proactively generate new business and close sales. The workshop will naturally enhance individual communication skills, motivation and confidence, and is also helpful for those who don’t see themselves in a sales role but who may encounter opportunities.
At the end of the course, you will be able to recognize and demonstrate the following:
- Define the integrity of the salesperson
- Understand the history of selling styles
- Understand the basic and dynamic skills of selling
- Identify how to sell to different people in different ways
- Evaluate techniques for increasing customer loyalty
- Be able to negotiate effectively
