Each type of social media has its own vocabulary, purposes and quirks but with some basic strategic development guidance, leveraging social media will become an integral part of your professional persona and your organisation’s marketing and digital strategy. Focussed on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter the course will show delegates how to develop a professional profile, plan and create persuasive and engaging content and make all-important connections with individual and corporate users.
The aim of the session is to enable delegates to develop compelling personal and organisational profiles and to allow them to plan a digital strategy incorporating social media use. After completing the training, delegates will be able to:
