Who is this course aimed at?
Poorly written reports are responsible for huge losses in time, money and efficiency, not to mention bad tempers and broken relationships. Reports should be straightforward, easily understood and should present information clearly, logically and professionally. Companies which take advantage of report writing training have a huge advantage over their competitors. A well-written report can make all the difference in hitting targets, maintaining effectiveness and promoting unity between departments and individuals. At the end delegates will be able to: • Demonstrate the basic rules of English grammar • Identify types of reports • State the main features of a report • Practice the FACES checklist • Identify common errors • Write a professional report
Do you need previous experience or qualifications to attend this course?
This half-day course gives you the basic tools to write reports which hit the mark first time. All aspects of report writing are considered and at the end of the training delegates will know how to proceed with future reports with confidence. The course is interactive, fast moving and includes activities which include actually constructing a report for the trainer to comment and give constructive feedback.
