Management Apprenticeships Level 3 & 5 ***NEW***

Apprenticeship Standard: Team Leader/Supervisor

 

The Apprenticeship lasts 12 – 18 months.

Designed for Level 3 managers with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome.  They’ll likely have job titles like Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.

 

As part of the Apprenticeship Standards developing and achieving the relevant skills, knowledge and behaviours, learners will be working toward an accredited ILM qualification, the Level 3 Diploma for Managers and where necessary Functional Skills.  All learners will be supported with an allocated member of staff who will visit the workplace and support both learner and employer.  The course is a both competency and knowledge assessed and will have a test based element to achieve.  At the end of the end programme delivery, End point assessment will be carried out with an approved EPA centre.

 

Training is completed largely in the workplace and though regular structured training days at our Hereford or Worcester training center.

 

Apprenticeship Standard:  Operations/Department Manager

 

The Apprenticeship lasts 18-24 months

Designed for Level 5 managers duties may include, creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, and leading and managing teams, to managing change, financial and resource management. Roles may include those of Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager as well as other specialist managers.
