Tracey Rogers

Tracey started at HGTA in November 2005, as an Assessor/Trainer, following a background of in-house workplace assessment. Tracey completed her Assessor Award, through HWGTA and started Assessing part-time at Opella Mouldings Ltd, she enjoyed it so much she wanted to do it full-time working for another provider before joining the Association in the Commerce Operation.

After a number of years in post and building on her skills and experience, in 2013, she was promoted to Senior Assessor/Trainer and Centre Co-Ordinator for the Commerce Department.

Her main duties are managing the awarding body, monitoring learners in the workplace, assessing qualifications such as Business Administration, Customer Service, Warehousing and Storage, Business Skills alongside our AAT learners. All this as well as passing on her skills and experience to new assessors and verifiers completing the TAQA and IQA awards.

Tracey is also an internal quality Assurer, ensuring quality of provision within the operation.

She is in the process of completing her ILM Level 4, following the completion of PTTLS, Assessor and Internal Quality Control.
