Rachel Payne

Rachel joined  HWGTA  in 2003, and is the main commerce trainer and NVQ assessor for all business & administration and customer service apprentices,  as well as teaching OCR Text Processing typing qualifications and visiting apprentices in the workplace. Having completed various NVQs and courses through HWGTA when she worked at one of its member companies, Denco Ltd., Rachel then worked closely with HWGTA booking training courses and looking after the company’s apprentices for seven years. Her qualifications include certificates in education, personnel practice and customer services, NVQ level 3 in management, NVQs in training & development, business & administration, and IT, assessing and OCR text and word processing.
