HWGTA celebrate success!

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association held it’s Annual Apprentice Awards Evenings on 12th & 13th November at Worcester University Arena and The Courtyard Theatre in Hereford. Joined by over 400 guests including, local dignitaries, employers and apprentice family and friends, HWGTA celebrated the success of its Engineering, Commerce and Management apprentices over the past year. Apprentices were awarded their qualification certificates, including our first ever Management apprentices to pass their Level 3 Management qualifications.

This year’s special guest speaker was explorer and campaigner, Belinda Kirk, who has worked with explorers such as Bear Grylls and Ray Mears. Belinda gave an inspirational talk about her travels, how she has helped others to overcome adversity and encouraged attendees to step out of their comfort zone. Engineering and Commerce Apprentices were awarded their Qualification certificates, as well as the first ever cohort of Management apprentices.
